Refund and Cancellation Policy

Pro renews monthly. Manage it in Account.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through Account → Billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and your paid access continues through the current billing period.

Refunds

Subscription charges are generally nonrefundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law. If a duplicate charge, technical failure, or other billing error occurred, contact support@lemonlink.ai within 14 days. We will review the circumstances and correct confirmed billing errors.

Plan changes

When Pro access ends, the account returns to Free. Existing links remain active; Free monthly limits apply to new links and recorded opens.
