Information we collect

We collect account email addresses, authentication-provider identifiers, subscription status, links you create, optional recipient labels, support messages, and requests made to LemonLinks. A request record can include its time, user-agent string, a privacy-preserving network fingerprint, and an estimated classification such as likely human, recognized AI client, automated preview/scanner, or unknown.

What the classifications mean

Classifications are estimates based on request signals. They do not verify a person's identity or prove who viewed the destination. LemonLink records the request before redirecting. Activity after the redirect is controlled by the destination website and is not visible to LemonLink.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the service, show link activity to account owners, process subscriptions, answer support requests, detect abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use infrastructure, email, authentication, monitoring, bot-protection, and payment providers to operate LemonLink. Stripe processes payment-card data; LemonLink does not store complete card numbers.

Retention and deletion

Raw event details are retained for up to 90 days unless a shorter period is required. Aggregated event information, account records, support history, security logs, and legally required billing records may be retained longer. Signed-in customers can export or delete their account from Account. Some records may remain where required for security, disputes, tax, or legal compliance.

Your choices

You can pause or delete links, export account data, delete your account, or contact us about access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions at support@lemonlink.ai.

Changes

We may update this policy as LemonLink changes. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
